Staying at Andaz Papagayo, Four Seasons, The Westin Reserva Conchal, W Costa Rica, Riu Guanacaste or JW Marriott Guanacaste? Send us the exact property name so we can quote the correct route. Your hotel location, passenger count and luggage requirements help us select the right vehicle.
Plan your arrival transfer in advance
For a private airport pickup, share your airline, flight number, arrival date, passenger count and destination. We track your flight and honor flight delays. Our representative meets you outside the terminal in the waiting area with a sign or our logo.
Tell us in advance if you need child seats or are traveling with surfboards, golf clubs or extra luggage. We can confirm the equipment, vehicle capacity and any applicable charges before you book.
If you are also arranging your return to LIR, provide your departure flight details so we can help coordinate the hotel pickup. Shared transportation, when available, follows fixed schedules and minimum-passenger requirements; confirm that it fits your flight before choosing it.
